The CLE Ground Transportation Office Hours of Operation are:
Monday thru Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm / Saturday & Sunday and Holidays (CLOSED)

New & Existing Ground Transportation Providers
All new or existing Providers may register for, or renew, permits by email submissions to gndtrans1@clevelandairport.com.
Registrations can also be submitted in person, by appointment only, Tuesday thru Thursday, between the hours of 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Please complete the application/registration forms electronically, handwritten documents will NOT be accepted.

Commercial Vehicle Permitting :
Motor Coaches (Charter Buses):
Motor Coaches are not permitted to pick up or drop off on the airport roadways (Arrivals or Departures). They must use the Charter Bus Lot.
Motor Coaches will be charged a per-trip fee which should be prepaid by calling SP Plus at 216.267.5030.
