Second meeting for working group created for customer experience improvements

Cleveland, March 31st, 2017 – Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) held its second meeting with ground transportation providers to solicit additional comments and input regarding improving the customer experience in the ground transportation area at the airport.

“We are thrilled to facilitate these meetings and we had hoped to have a similar participation level from the service providers as we did initially, however those that did attend were actively engaged to help improve the customer experience at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport,” said Airport Director Robert Kennedy. “The airport team has worked with providers on several suggestions from the first meeting, better wayfinding and information. As we work towards improving the ground transportation services, providers are instrumental in our success for improving the entire customer experience and we plan to continue our dialogue with them.”

Next month CLE will meet with local airline representative to gather their input and cooperation with suggestions from the first two meetings. The airport team is planning to complete industry and stakeholder input by the end of April. Once the airport team has analyzed the stakeholder feedback, the plan is to begin a first phase implementation in May 2017, in time for the beginning of the busy summer travel season for airlines and ground transportation service providers.
